Why do we store Personal Information?

This allows us to:
 • Process and deliver your order.
 • Contact you in regards to issues or problems affecting your order/ products
 • Deliver promotions 
  • Complete other everyday business purposes that involve use of personal information 

We do not use your information for any other purposes, other than indicated.

We do not share your information with third party companies, except for the information on the shipping label which is used for the courier to deliver your order.

 • Contact/Delivery Information
 • Billing or purchase information 

When do we collect Personal Information?

We only store information when you:
 • Place an order
 • Create an account
 • Sign up for further correspondence such as the free Catalogue 
 • Contact us

How do we store Personal Information?

We store all electronic data on our local server as well as a secure cloud-based service. These are kept secure via applying good security practices.

All Physical documents are stored securely onsite.

We will strive to maintain all reasonable protection against misuse, loss or inappropriate disclosure of your personal information. Only allowing those authorised to use or access said information.

Can I request any Personal Information you have on me?

Yes, under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to have a copy and/or correct your personal information. If you would like to have a copy or change your personal information please contact: andreah@egmontseeds.co.nz

What if I don’t want my Information collected?

Sadly, as part of the process of delivering a web order we need to collect some information, such as Delivery Information. This is to allow us to get the order to you.

If you don’t want it to be collected then you will not be able to place an order.
