Capsicum Mad Hatter F1 Hybrid - 54078

Mad Hatter is a flat disc pepper that is crunchy and crisp. Its not unlike our previous Habanera Flyer that we used to supply - looks a bit like a spaceship. This very popular all purpose sweet pepper is easy to grow and is right up there with great yields. It has a delicate floral scent and rich flavour that intensifies/sweetens as it matures. The plant habit is extra large and vigourous. In hot, dry climates a small number of fruit will have a touch of heat close to the seed cavity, but the fruit wings are always sweet. Its a bit like a lucky dip or should we say Russian Roulette... you get accustomed to the sweet flavour and then whamo you get a hot one! Its unique shape makes an intriguing addition to the table. Try stuffing them with cream cheese, suffused in olive oil... yum!

Celery Slowbolt Polo F1 Hybrid - 55120

Polo F1 Hybrid is a vigourous fast growing variety with high yields and good bolting resistance. Stalks are a mid to dark green. This is the first F1 Hybrid Celery we have put on the market, it can be grown early under cover or outdoors.

CF Astrantia major - CF0525

A favourite among florists, with its dainty white paper like flowers with pink veining. Grows best in light shade and slightly damp conditions.  Astrantia seed can be fickle to germinate. The sowing must be kept warm (about 18 to 22°C) and moist for the first 2–4 weeks. After this period the sowing must be kept at a cold temperature (between –4 and +4°C) for another 4–6 weeks. This is best achieved by placing in your fridge inside a sealed plastic bag to retain moisture. After the 6 weeks, place tray in a warm location (~18°C) where seeds should germinate in 21-30 days.
