Cress American Upland or Land Cress - 56155
Similar in appearance to its better-known cousin, Watercress but boasts a deeper pungency. A member of the mustard family, Upland Cress packs a sharp, peppery heat. For the simplest preparation, use Upland Cress the same way you would watercress. Left raw, the leaves can be chopped and mixed into a salad, tucked into a sandwich, or use as a garnish. Upland Cress will grow in almost any soil - provided it's cool and damp.
Borecole Blue Ridge F1 Hybrid - 51900
An old fashioned vegetable that is still asked for often. Best grown as a cool weather plant. Pick leaves as needed but don't disturb the growing point. Ornamental as well as nutritious and edible. Microgreens Cabbage Red Acre - 58650
The flavour of cabbage microgreens is distinctive to each particular variety, but generally a little bit milder than the fully grown product. Stunning red colour, great for burgers, salads and sandwiches. According to recent studies, microgreen leaves contain 40 times the nutrient level of their mature counterparts! Red cabbage in particular is known to help the body get rid of bad cholesterol.
Gherkin Eureka F1 Hybrid - 57100
Great for bottling, these dark green spined gherkins are disease resistant. Earlier we thought this variety produced all "female" flowers, however this information is incorrect, sorry for any confusion. Eureka is monoecious, this means it can have female and male flowers on the same plant.

Carrot Kuroda - 54165
This is a New Zealand produced carrot. An interesting fact is that here in NZ we grow 40% of the worlds carrot seeds - not bad for such a wee country - Good on yah Mate. Kuroda is a conical, orange main crop carrot, known for its high yields and tender, sweet taste. For those of you who are into smoothies and juicing, it is also a great juicing carrot. Thin plants to between 5-9cm apart for harvest. Grows to approx 20cm in length.

Carrot Purple - 54235
Like many deep coloured vegetables, purple carrots are loaded with antioxidants which are great for repairing and preventing cell damage. When boiling this variety, colour will leach out dramatically in the water but the carrots still remain a deep purple for serving. (The core may remain white). Very young, raw thinnings are a colourful addition to your salads.

Chantenay Red Core are a popular home gardeners choice that is suitable for heavy soils. It is a blocky, blunt shaped carrot that is a deep reddish orange all the way through. Cucumber Iznik Mini F1 Hybrid - 56430

Iznik is Parthenocarpic - it does not require pollination to set fruit, so it can produce high-yields even under adverse conditions or without any bee activity.
