Preparation
- Chop all veggies, sprinkle with salt and cover with water. Leave at least 2 hours - better overnight.
- Drain and rinse thoroughly.
- Boil sugar, vinegar, water and spices for 3 minutes, add vegetables and cook for 15 minutes.
- Thicken with flour and bottle into sterlized jars.
