Ingredients

Zucchini Pickle

Preparation

  • Chop all veggies, sprinkle with salt and cover with water.  Leave at least 2 hours - better overnight.
  • Drain and rinse thoroughly.
  • Boil sugar, vinegar, water and spices for 3 minutes, add vegetables and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Thicken with flour and bottle into sterlized jars.
